After taking the stage during Microsoft‘s press conference, Ubisoft representatives unveiled Splinter Cell: Blacklist, the latest title in Tom Clancy‘s ever-popular interactive franchise.

The features they showed off included:

Killing in Motion: Take out targets by fluidly marking them much like in Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. It’s referred to as Execute Ready.

Kinect Voice Integration: Allowing you to distract enemies for the kill. You can also call in an air strikes when available.

In Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Sam Fisher will return in a brand new storyline that takes advantage of an altered control scheme. It’s been 2 years since we received Splinter Cell: Conviction, so it’s nice to see Sam back in action. Having the option to distract enemies using Kinect voice integration should also make an interesting addition.

That’s all we know right now but we’ll keep you posted when we hear more.
